Do I not need to go to a gym to really benefit from a strength class?

  • The short answer is no!  Using objects found in most homes, we’ve designed our workouts around you and your lifestyle, so there’s no need for gym equipment!

Is this an ongoing thing?

  • Yes. We believe that you can't really see change until you've had the right support for long enough to be consistent.

Do I have to be a good dancer to do this?

  • No. Absolutely not.  This is about fun & fitness. This is not the place to take yourself too seriously.  The most important thing is that you keep moving.

What if I decide it’s not for me?

  • All you have to do is cancel – anytime.  There are no penalties or fees, simply cancel your membership and you won’t be charged again.  Of course, you’ll lose access to all our fabulous features, but hey – if it’s not for you, let us know!  We may make the changes you’ve been wanting all along!  We love to hear from our members, the good, the bad, and the ugly.  If we can improve something, please let us know before you go!

What happens when I sign up?

  • Once you purchase your membership, you’ll receive a welcome email from us providing you with detailed instructions on how to get started.  You’ll be added to our private FB group and tagged for each weekly event.  If you ever have questions or concerns, please reach out – you can get in touch at: [email protected] or anytime via our FB page.

Refund Policy: THERE ARE NO CONTRACTS.  With our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can rest confidently that you can cancel your membership at any time.  You will not be charged a cancellation fee, nor do you owe for any length of time – we want you here because you WANT to be here.
